Hannah Podoaba

Hannah joined the Flavourful Science team as the Don't Choke Outreach Lead, driven by her passion for children's well-being, developed through years of volunteering and working with younger kids. Hannah is in her last year at UBC, majoring in Neurosciences with a minor in Health and Society. Outside of her academic pursuits, she enjoys hiking, playing tennis, as well as reading or sketching (especially when it rains). This year, Hannah is excited to deepen the Don't Choke outreach efforts, collaborating with teachers across Vancouver schools to introduce the Don't Choke workshops, empowering students to understand and prevent choking hazards in a hands-on, engaging way.
